Our History & Meetings

Founded in 2008 by Lisa Anstett, GulfVAN has been committed to advancing vascular access practice and providing high-quality education to clinicians across Florida's Gulf Coast region.

GulfVAN hosts quarterly educational meetings designed to keep healthcare professionals informed about the latest developments, best practices, and emerging research in vascular access. Each meeting features expert speakers presenting on topics relevant to vascular access and patient care.

Unless otherwise noted, meetings include:

• Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
• Dinner and networking opportunities
• Access to leading clinical and industry experts

Our programs are open to all healthcare professionals with an interest in vascular access. GulfVAN members attend at no cost, while non-members are welcome to register as guests for a nominal fee to help offset event expenses. Many of our educational programs are made possible through the generous support of our corporate partners.

Continuing Education

GulfVAN is an approved CE provider, and continuing education credits are reported through CE Broker (Provider #50-27486) for eligible programs.
